Five Summer Wreath Flower Patterns

Hello

Thanks for calling in.

I'm in the middle of making a Summer Wreath to add to my collection of seasonal crochet wreaths.  With a polystyrene circular, flat-backed form covered with a long strip of stripy double crochet to fit all over, it only needs the addition of Summer blooms and insects to give it a bit of pizzazz!  My Five this week are some of the patterns used.

1. Daisy -  I don't think this is the actual pattern I used as I can't find that one, but it's very similar!

2. Poppy

3. Ladybird

4. Bee

5. Small Flower

Since taking these photos, I've added another chrysanthemum and a sunflower and am toying with a couple of butterfly patterns.  Maybe I should add some pansies . . . it's knowing when to stop, isn't it!

Have a great weekend.
