Jazz Hands at the Park

Hello

Thanks for calling in.

Time to stop off at the Park on the way to the shops even though it is supposed to rain.  If we are quick we should be OK.

Loads of dogs and their owners were the first sight, all scooting about - the dogs - being sociable. The owners were walking sooo slowly, how can people walk that slow?

The gardeners have completed their task of planting.

More trees have been chopped.  This stump looks like a hand.

Ha! Jazz hands!

The lake is back to sloshiness, ducks actually swimming.

Inside, printmaking is the focus with the arrival of the Hayward Gallery on the South Bank's Touring exhibition of Louise Bourgeois prints.  Printmakers at the Park have been inspired by Macbeth to make their own prints which are also on display and for sale.

Still grey outside.      No rain though.

Enjoy your day.

Cheerio

  1. But you see GREEN despite all that grey - and that's a delight!

    1. That's very true but our green is like your white, you just need a bit of variation.

    1. Yes, we're very lucky although I could have done with something a bit more colourful! x

  3. The exhibition sounds amazing. It seems a little strange not to be planning and planting in our garden.

    1. You'll miss your garden this year. Sometimes house buying drags on and on, I hope you will be lucky to get settled again quickly.

  4. Another 2-3 months before we can think about planting, winter does drag on.

    1. It does seem to but this January has flown.

  5. Here's hoping spring comes soon, but it is good to see that you are still spotting things when you are out and about - regardless of the weather!
