From Bog to Blog

Hello

Thanks for popping in.

Last time we went for a walk over the heath to look at the bog, we couldn't find it. It was all dried up. Not so this time. It was quite the opposite.  Good job there is a boarded path over the worst, soggiest, boggiest bits. We must have had a lot of rain during the night as we certainly haven't suffered much during the day.

You certainly wouldn't want to be wandering about in the dark without a torch.

The area is well used by dog walkers and you can bet your bottom dollar that you will bump into someone you know, we always do.

Amongst all the mud, the pools and puddles give great reflections of a welcome blue sky.

Still too cold for all the dragonflies but we can look forward to seeing them later in the year.

Cheerio

  3. Looks a great place to walk with or without a canine friend. It's good to have boardwalks to help you cross the boggy places:)

    1. I imagine all the dogs need a good old scrub when they get home! 😊
