Animals in the Garden

Hello

It can be somewhat disconcerting to hear a commotion and a lot of mooing when you're enjoying a peaceful afternoon perusing the plants at West Green Gardens. We had to investigate.

Some cows were wandering about and frolicking on the other side of the gate, chomping on the plants.  One even looked like it had a moustache, but it was part of the gate.  They scooted through an opening into the field, mooing happily whilst keeping an eye on us. Then they all whooshed back through and along the path into the distance.

Meanwhile, the chicken escape committee were looking suspicious as they tried to tunnel out of the enclosure.

Back in the garden, serenity was resumed.

    1. The honeysuckle was also hanging over a door but I couldn't get a decent angle. :-)
