Park Time

Hello

Thanks for popping in.

Mooching round the park by the shops on a cold, grey morning, I almost wanted to join in the mother and baby outdoor aerobic exercise group . . . almost . . . for just a couple of seconds . . . even with Sport Relief just round the corner. It looked awfully energetic.

The birds were more in the water than out this time - it must have warmed up a bit! The grey heron was making stripy patterns in the lake as it crept forward to grab a tasty morsel but there were only four swans - where was the fifth?

Lots of shoots were apparent on the plants and the daffodils were proudly putting on a great show in the car park.

Still, over 8,000 steps today even without the aerobics.

Cheerio

  1. 8,000 steps is very good. Perhaps the fifth swan was hidden away building a nest somewhere quiet and hidden or perhaps had moved on looking for a mate:)

    1. It's a pity you don't get steps when you crochet really! :-)

  2. I now know what you mean! 8000 steps is great. My Fitbit is doing very strange things at the moment. It told me I did 18400 steps yesterday...I wish! Don't the daffodils look gorgeous. B xx
