I've made a few Easter/Birthday flapjacks - here they are hot off the press before being chopped into slices.

200g oats
100g plain flour
1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
150g butter
100g dark muscavado sugar
Small can of condensed milk
100g chocolate drops
100g dried cherries

Mix it all up - cream butter and sugar first, add the condensed milk, next add the oats, flour and bicarb which have been combined, then the egg and finally the drops and cherries, put the mixture in a square cake tin which has been lined with foil and cook it at 180°C for 35 minutes. Leave to cool in the tin. Slice up, decorate or not and eat!

Probably not all at once though!
